Most healed tongue piercings fit a 3/8"-5/8" bar depending on your anatomy. Please see a professional piercer for proper sizing. Proper sizing on tongue piercings is imperative to avoid tooth and gum damage.
Jewelry thickness should be 14g or larger. Threaded only (do not wear threadless jewelry in a tongue piercing).
Be sure to purchase both top end and bottom end (typically a ball or disk) along with straight barbell for a complete piece.
